Bidding Rules / 竞标规则

By participating in the auction, bidders acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the auction rules and terms.
Bidders are responsible for entering their bids carefully and ensuring that the bid amount submitted is correct before confirming the bid.
Once a bid has been successfully submitted, it will be treated as a valid bid and cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by the bidder.
The highest valid bid recorded by the system at the close of the auction will be considered the winning bid, subject to the Temple's final confirmation.

参与竞标即表示竞标者已阅读、理解并同意遵守本次拍卖的相关规则与条款。
竞标者须谨慎输入竞标金额，并在提交竞标前确认所输入的金额正确无误。
竞标一经成功提交，即视为有效竞标，竞标者不得自行撤回或取消已提交的竞标。
拍卖结束时，系统所记录的最高有效竞标金额，将作为得标依据，并须经庙方最终确认。
Payment & Collection / 付款与领取
English
Successful bidders will be notified by the Temple after the auction has concluded and the winning bids have been confirmed.
Payment should be made according to the payment instructions provided by the Temple. Bidders are kindly requested to retain their payment record for reference.
Auction items may be collected according to the collection arrangements announced by the Temple. Bidders are kindly requested to follow the collection instructions and collect their items within the designated period.
Where an item requires special arrangements due to its nature, size, condition, or ceremonial requirements, the Temple will provide the relevant instructions to the successful bidder.

拍卖结束并确认得标结果后，庙方将通知成功得标者。
付款须按照庙方所提供的付款方式及相关指示进行。 竞标者请妥善保留付款记录，以便日后查询。
拍卖物品将按照庙方公布的领取安排进行领取。 得标者请依照相关领取指示，并在指定期限内领取物品。
如个别物品因其性质、大小、状况或宗教仪式安排而需要特别处理， 庙方将向相关得标者提供相应的领取说明。
Winning Bid Confirmation / 得标确认
English
The bidder with the highest valid bid at the close of the auction will be considered the successful bidder, subject to final confirmation by the Temple.
The Temple may contact the successful bidder using the contact information provided during registration to confirm the winning bid and provide further payment or collection instructions.
If the Temple is unable to confirm the winning bidder or complete the necessary arrangements within a reasonable period, the Temple may contact the next eligible bidder or make other appropriate arrangements.
The Temple appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all bidders throughout the confirmation process.

拍卖结束时，系统所记录的最高有效竞标者，将视为成功得标者， 惟最终结果须经庙方确认。
庙方可能通过竞标者登记时所提供的联系方式，与成功得标者联系， 以确认得标结果，并提供后续付款或领取物品的相关说明。
如庙方在合理期限内无法确认得标者或完成相关安排， 庙方可能联系下一位符合条件的竞标者，或作出其他适当安排。

Auction Items, Changes & Unforeseen Circumstances / 拍卖物品、更改及不可预见情况
English
The Temple will make every effort to present accurate information about the auction items, including their descriptions, photographs, starting bids, and auction schedule.
Due to ceremonial arrangements, seasonal availability, logistical matters, or other circumstances, certain auction items may require changes or adjustments before the auction concludes.
Where necessary, the Temple may add, withdraw, replace, postpone, amend, or make reasonable adjustments to an auction item, its description, photograph, starting bid, or auction schedule.
For certain ceremonial or perishable offering items, including but not limited to oranges, pineapples, lucky cakes, flowers, and other ritual offerings, the final preparation or availability may only be confirmed shortly before the conclusion of the auction.
Where appropriate, the Temple may substitute such items with items of similar religious significance and reasonable value.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including supplier shortages, weather conditions, ceremonial requirements, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the Temple's reasonable control, the Temple may make appropriate adjustments to the affected auction item or relevant part of the auction.
The Temple will endeavour to communicate any significant changes to participants where reasonably possible and appreciates everyone's understanding and cooperation.

庙方将尽力确保拍卖物品的相关资料准确，包括物品说明、照片、 起标价及拍卖时间安排。
由于宗教仪式安排、季节供应、物流情况或其他实际因素， 部分拍卖物品在拍卖结束前可能需要作出调整或更改。
如有需要，庙方可能对个别拍卖物品、物品说明、照片、起标价 或拍卖时间作出新增、撤回、更换、延期或其他合理调整。
部分祭祀或供奉用品，包括但不限于橙、黄梨、发财糕、鲜花 及其他供品，可能因宗教仪式安排、季节供应或实际情况， 只能在拍卖接近结束前确认或准备。
如有需要，庙方可根据实际情况，以宗教意义及价值相近的物品作出合理替代。
如遇任何不可预见的情况，包括供应不足、天气影响、宗教仪式安排、 不可抗力或其他超出庙方合理控制范围的情况，庙方将根据实际情况， 对受影响的拍卖物品或相关拍卖安排作出适当调整。
如情况允许，庙方将尽可能向参与者说明重要的调整或更改， 并感谢大家的理解与配合。
